Payment provider refunds
Dodo Payments processes full and partial refunds for new transactions. Historical Paddle transaction refunds continue to be handled by their original payment provider. Contact support@vertexmodeler.com with your provider and order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Digital content
Our products are downloadable digital content. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, transactions are non-refundable once files have been downloaded or substantially used. Starting a download may end a statutory withdrawal right where you expressly agreed to immediate delivery at checkout.
Eligible requests
- A duplicate or clearly unauthorized charge.
- A material technical defect that prevents the product from working as described and cannot be resolved after reasonable troubleshooting.
- The delivered files materially differ from the product description.
- The download was never accessed and a request is made within 14 days of purchase.
- A refund or withdrawal is required by applicable consumer law.
Requests normally not eligible
- Changing your mind after downloading or using the files.
- Incompatibility that was disclosed in the product requirements.
- Lack of required Blender or computer skills.
- Inability to use the asset with unlisted third-party software or add-ons.
- Requests involving fraud, refund abuse, account sharing, or license violations.
Review process
Submit requests within 14 days where possible. Explain the issue and include the order email, transaction number, product, operating system, Blender version, and relevant screenshots. Requests are reviewed case by case. We may first provide a corrected file, update, or troubleshooting. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
Timing
Dodo Payments returns approved refunds for new transactions to the original payment method; the original payment provider does the same for historical Paddle transactions. Bank processing times vary. A partial refund preserves download access; a full refund or active payment dispute temporarily or permanently revokes it as appropriate.
