VertexModelerAgreement
By accessing vertexmodeler.com, creating an account, downloading a free asset, or purchasing a paid asset, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
Digital products and licenses
VertexModeler provides downloadable 3D models, Blender files, textures, documentation, and related digital content. The license shown on each product page controls that asset.
- Personal licenses cover one individual for non-commercial work.
- Commercial licenses cover one individual or legal entity producing commercial work.
- Studio licenses cover up to ten team members within one organization.
- Under the VertexModeler Free Standard and paid licenses, you may use rendered output in permitted projects but may not redistribute source asset files.
- Assets expressly marked CC0 1.0 may be copied, modified, redistributed, and used commercially under the linked CC0 public-domain dedication; source provenance is displayed for transparency, and third-party trademark, privacy, publicity, or similar rights are not guaranteed.
Orders and payment
Dodo Payments processes new payments, applicable taxes, official receipts, and full or partial refunds. Historical Paddle transactions, including their receipts and refunds, continue to be handled by their original payment provider. The Dodo Payments terms and privacy notice shown inside checkout also apply to new transactions.
Availability and updates
We aim to keep downloads available and accurately described but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may improve, replace, archive, or stop offering products. Existing licenses remain subject to the version of these Terms accepted at purchase, except where law requires otherwise.
Creator program
Creator applications and product submissions are reviewed at our discretion for rights, quality, safety, presentation, and usefulness. Approval, traffic, feature placement, sales, and income are not guaranteed. Creators retain ownership of their work while granting us the permissions needed to review, display, promote, deliver, and support approved listings.
- All existing and future creator listings are non-exclusive. Creators may offer the same work through other marketplaces or their own channels, provided they do not grant conflicting rights and continue honoring licenses already granted through VertexModeler.
- Third-party creator products are sold and settled in USD only. Founding commission rates are recorded on approval; provider costs, refunds, disputes, and taxes remain separate.
- Only work verified as original qualifies for the original-work rate. Editorial feature placement is a separate decision.
- Net earnings wait 14 days before becoming available. Once all available earnings reach USD 100, the creator may request the full available balance; partial requests are not offered.
- Creator settlements are reviewed and paid manually off-platform. We record verification, approval, and transfer references but never collect or store creator payout account details.
- Refunds and disputes reverse or reserve the related earnings. A reversal after payment is deducted from future earnings.
- We may request changes, suspend listings, or remove content that violates rights, safety, quality, or these Terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, or bypass security controls.
- Do not use the service or assets unlawfully or to infringe third-party rights.
- Do not share signed download links, accounts, or private files.
- Do not misrepresent VertexModeler assets as your original source assets for resale.
Disclaimers and liability
Digital assets are provided as described and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, without implied warranties beyond mandatory consumer rights. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, unless applicable law prohibits this limitation.
Termination and contact
We may suspend access for material breach, fraud, security risk, or unlawful activity. Provisions concerning ownership, licenses, liability, and disputes survive termination. Questions may be sent to support@vertexmodeler.com.
