Sources and factual claims
Compatibility, file-format behavior, installation steps, and API or tool behavior are checked against first-party documentation and the current VertexModeler release. We do not copy missing product facts from other stores or turn assumptions into specifications.
- Prefer Blender and vendor documentation
- Name the version or release being discussed
- Separate observed behavior from editorial recommendations
Blender 5.2 verification
Workflow and extension guidance is reviewed against Blender 5.2 where the article or product declares that target. Release automation validates supported packages and records checksums; a failed validation is reported instead of being rewritten as a successful result.
- Verify the stated Blender version
- Retain versioned release history
- Use SHA-256 when a downloadable package is published
Technical diagrams and screenshots
Diagrams summarize a process, comparison, or system relationship. They are editorial explanations, not proof that an undocumented product feature exists. Screenshots and generated technical plates are labeled with descriptive alternative text and remain subordinate to the written instructions.
- Show the relationship the text explains
- Avoid decorative data or invented interface states
- Keep captions and alt text specific
AI-assisted illustration boundary
Some non-documentary cover images and atmospheric illustrations may be created with AI assistance. AI imagery is never treated as evidence of a Blender result, a shipped asset, a measured texture property, or a product specification. Technical claims, diagrams, and product data remain editor-reviewed.
- No synthetic benchmark or compatibility claims
- No invented product contents
- Human review before publication
Updates and corrections
Published guides retain a content version, updated date, and review date where available. When a URL changes, a permanent redirect preserves the article’s route. Material corrections are applied to the article rather than hidden in unrelated posts.
- Version important editorial changes
- Keep tutorial-to-product links descriptive
- Review exposed corrections in the same workflow
